What is an observed licence test?
An observed licence test (also known as OLT) is where your on-track skill and ability are put to the test to ensure that you are ready to take the next step towards door-to-door racing.
Whether you are looking to race at a Motorsport Australia or Australian Auto Sport Alliance (AASA) sanctioned event for the first time, you will require a circuit racing licence.

What is the process?
The process includes:
- completing the appropriate paperwork;
- undertaking a full medical;
- participating in an online lecture; and
- participating in an OLT.
